Íntegra makes your company work as one.
We connect systems, finance and logistics so information flows and your team can make decisions with clarity.
Information doesn't flow, and work happens in the dark.
A sale gets entered twice. Stock depends on who checks it. Closing the month means chasing data over chat.
Our job is to untangle that journey and get information to the people who need it.
We start with one specific problem. We organize what you have and build from there.
Understand how work gets done
We talk with the team and follow the real journey of the information. That surfaces redundant steps, duplicated checks and decisions that live in someone's head.
Organize processes and information
We define which data each area needs, who maintains it and how it should flow. We build on what already works before adding new tools.
Set the improvement in motion
We support the implementation, testing and adoption. The project ends when the team can run the new way of working on its own.
We don't start with the software. We start with the work.
We look at how work gets done today, pick one achievable improvement and test it with the team before scaling up.
We listen to the people doing the work.
An org chart isn't enough. We sit down with people, look at the tools they use and follow real cases from start to finish.
We pick a first problem to solve.
We define a scope that makes sense for the business and the team. We write down what changes, what stays and how we'll measure it.
We test it in daily operations.
We roll out in stages, adjust with real users and document as we go. The solution adapts to the work, not the other way around.
Everyone working with the same information.
We're not here to add another tool to your stack. We want work that's easy to follow, and decisions that don't depend on piecing together what happened.
- Data is entered once and stays available
- Every task has an owner and a visible status
- Metrics come straight from the operation, not from a manual report
- The team knows how the system works and can keep it running
Three areas.One conversation.
Systems
Integration, automation and software.

I build software that reaches production and holds up in daily use. My focus is backend and infrastructure: getting systems to talk to each other, keeping data where it belongs, and making sure operations don't depend on manual intervention.
Before adding a new tool, I look at what already works. Most information problems in an SMB aren't solved by switching systems, but by connecting the ones already in place and removing the tasks that keep repeating.

Economist with over 25 years bridging corporate finance, public administration and academia. My focus is closing the gap between SMBs and capital-market financing instruments: brokers (ALyCs) and mutual guarantee societies (SGRs).
I led teams at Santander, Citibank and Banco Patagonia, and designed province-wide financial inclusion programs for the Government of San Luis. Today I combine strategic financial consulting with teaching and research.

Logistics
Inventory, planning and operations.

I work on the operational circuit: purchasing, receiving, stock and dispatch. The goal is a documented process, replenishment decisions that don't depend on one person's memory, and a small set of indicators that the team can actually sustain.
Villa Mercedes is an industrial and logistics hub, and most SMBs in the area plan around urgency instead of data. That's where margin comes back fastest.

Before we start.
What kind of companies do you advise?
We specialize in SMBs looking to professionalize their management, optimize processes and grow with more clarity. We work with companies whose operations have outgrown the way they're organized.
What area do you cover?
We work with SMBs in Villa Mercedes and San Luis, Argentina. Being local means we can be there during discovery and implementation, which is when you need to sit down with the team. Follow-up meetings run remotely or on site, whichever fits.
Which areas do you work in?
We're an integrated consultancy focused on three areas: systems (automation, software and tool integration), finance (management control, analysis, budgets and indicators) and logistics (inventory, planning and operations). The goal is for information and processes to be organized together, not in silos.
What does the process look like?
We start with an assessment to understand how the company works today. Then we design a focused action plan, implement the improvements and support the rollout until the team can run it on their own.
Do I need to replace the systems I already use?
Not necessarily. We first analyze your current tools and look to strengthen, connect or simplify them. We only recommend something new when it's truly needed.
Are the solutions tailored?
Yes. Every SMB has different processes, resources and priorities. We design custom solutions instead of applying a generic template.
How do I get started?
Reach out and we'll set up an initial conversation. One concrete example of what's going on is enough to tell whether it makes sense to move forward and how we could help.
Drop us a line. Let's start there.
Every company faces different challenges. Tell us about yours and let's set up a first meeting to understand the context and see how we can help.
